King Arthur Flour's flagship store, cafe, and baking school is a treat. It's just across the Connecticut river from Hanover, NH (only 5 minutes) and definitely worth a visit for lunch and shopping their specialty baker's store. Why not check their calendar of classes and spend a day learning how to make croissants?
