Great "rustic style" restaurant that offers traditional, organic, excellent quality local ingredients with very interesting combinations of them. Sometimes it can be a bit touristy, but it's a good plan to stop there for lunch and try their llonguet de formatge vell de Maó, or the delicious Mallorcan style hamburger with sobrassada. If you want to go there for dinner, don't go after 9:30!

Restaurant, café, nice atmosphere, good friendly service, typical mallorcan restaurant inside out, including decoration, all ecological, nice dip into the local culture and food. Opens early at 8.00. Closes 22.00. Makes lovely soups and variety of ensaimadas (typical Mallorcan sweet bun).
