Pescados is one of the few excellent fast food restaurants in Highlands. Tacos, Burritos and Quesadillas are fresh and tasty. Pescados is always a treat, but don't miss the homemade cookies; theyre the best!

Highlands Burritos is so delicious! It's Chipotle style in that you order at the counter as they assemble your meal. Their house margaritas are perfection and their queso is a must!
