Topsey's is famous for their homemade gourmet cinnamon popcorn. It's so famous, it's traditionally shipped across the US. In fact, it's the only place I know of that makes this particular flavor of cinnamon popcorn. Little known fact: Topsey's is the oldest merchant still operating on the plaza.
