The national snack of Malta is arguably the Pastizzi and here is where to find some of the best. A pastizz (plural pastizzi) is a traditional savoury pastry from Malta. Pastizzi usually have a filling either of ricotta or mushy peas. However, here you will also find a variety of gourmet pies and more.
