Swimming at Flat Rock Waterhole. Swim in Upper Kangaroo Valley, NSW. A beautiful, secluded waterhole located at the bottom of the valley. Perfect for a swim!

A "secret" swimming spot on the river. Hidden all the way up in Upper River, it is definitely one of the most beautiful natural swimming holes around. A lot of people call this their happy place!

Perfect spot for a swim and/or picnic on a hot day - fresh water, shaded area for relaxing, scenic road to get there (note the last bit is narrow with a few shallow water crossings).
