If you continue walking down Calle de Morelos, you will arrive at Plaza tapatia. It is characterized by having in the central part of its esplanade a huge fountain with the monument "the Immolation of Quetzalcoatl", a sculpture made of 5 bronze pieces and carved by hand that represents the sacrifice of Quetzalcóatl rising from the earth towards infinity to light the sun and give us new light.
