WALKABLE. Brand spankin' new, as of Spring 2019, it's a custom cocktail bar. Also has a few beer/wine selections, plus a smattering of appetizers, all of which are quite good, but here's the fun part: there's no cocktail menu. You'll be asked a few questions (boozy, or refreshing... etc etc) until they land upon a cocktail to suit your mood at that moment in time. And no $urprises: all cocktails are $13. You do have to be a member, although don't get too worked up over it: It's a buck, literally $1. But bring your ID. The intake process of getting in the door could frankly use a little work from a flow perspective, but it's a much kinder place than it seems once you get past that-- plus my hunch is that they'll work that out over time. Worth a go. And cheers! Bonus: 2023 brings The Ugly right nextdoor-- a dive version iwned by same people: beer, and a punch/cocktail of the day (batched).
