This outstanding new restaurant is not too far away (a little far to walk, but easy to bike to--about a 5 minute drive). You'll need reservations, but their tapas are out of this world!

The Public Kitchen is our personal favourite place to eat in the waterloo region. Expect a tapas type of dining where your group selects dishes that everyone shares. This is one of those restaurants that is hard to stop ordering because its that good!
