No trip to Cornwall is complete without a visit to St Ives. It gets extremely busy there so we recommend taking the train. The train stops off just above Porthminster Beach. There’s a lovely café and toilets here.

The Train to St Ives stops on the hillside behind this glorious beach. Tip: Catch the train from Truro (5 Mins walk away) Or drive to Lelant and catch it from there

Relaxing large beach good for sea swimming. Around a 20 min walk from the studio through town, it’s a pleasant walk.
