With Lyft you will need a local number, it works the same as Uber. If you sign up for the first time you can use code MICH433 to get a credit.

Uber and Lyft run great in the city! If you're coming for a major event, be prepared for SURGES! Use the plan a trip feature on the app to get in and out of high traffic areas efficiently and please note THIS IS NEW ORLEANS; everything works better here.
