One of the largest suspended aquariums in the world The 10-million litre Dubai Aquarium tank, located on the Ground Level of The Dubai Mall, is one of the largest suspended aquariums in the world. It houses thousands of aquatic animals, comprising over 140 species. Over 300 Sharks and Rays live in this tank, including the largest collection of Sand Tiger Sharks in the world. There are numerous ways for visitors to experience the main Aquarium tank, which measures 51 metres in length, 20 metres in width and 11 metres in height.

Relaxing place - you can spend ages just watching the fish glide past each other and see the beautiful sharks and stingrays up close. The kids will definitely enjoy the experience including seeing the crocodile and penguins in the upper areas.

Don’t miss the giant 10 million-litre tank at the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, which contains more than 33,000 aquatic animals and the largest collection of sand tiger sharks anywhere. Rising to the third floor of The Dubai Mall, the aquarium is home to 140 species of sea life and offers many incredible ways to experience the underwater world. Stroll through a 48m tunnel, with the aquarium enveloping you from overhead and around. It’s a complete fish-eye view, with sand tiger sharks and stingrays swimming overhead. You can also go snorkelling or don an oxygen tank to go swimming with the sharks. If you're short on time you can take in all the highlights in an hour with the all-access private guided tour. This includes a turn on the submersible simulator, a glass bottom boat ride, fish feeding experience, and behind the scenes tours of baby shark and crocodile encounters.
