Steaks are insane but spendy so I go for their best in class bone marrow and mussels. They’re always over booked so get a reservation early

The stars of the menu, of course, are the six steak choices: filets, New York strip, Cowboy ribeye, a Kobe flat iron and a 24-ounce porterhouse ($35-$65). Beef here is 100 percent USDA Prime, the highest quality rating awarded.

Great steaks. They're so big we always split one and load up on the delicious sides. :)
