Best sushi in town, incredible value for money and good service. They always have a fresh local fish, Tuna or Jurrel. They also have a delivery service. Located in La Jolla shopping center.

Great vibes, modern music, friendly staff, full bar and of course, great sushi. Don't forget to order "Pulpo salteado" and the "Jacob Roll", and to finish off, a "Carajillo" (Espresso + Licor 43) as a digestive.

Right downstairs at the street level (PB floor on the elevator) is Fabric Sushi Bar. Delicious dishes, good service and very very close.

With the abundance of fresh fish, Los Cabos has some exquisite sushi joints. Fabric is one of my personal favorites. It is a large space and you can pretty much always walk in without a reservation. For larger groups, I do recommend calling ahead. The music is quite loud and there are large flat screen TVS playing sports most of the time. Kind of a fancy-sports bar sushi bar vibe.
