The mountains here were featured in many Hollywood films such as "The Revenant", "Inception", the 2019 "Jumanji" film, "Brokeback Mountain", "Bourne Legacy", and more.

While Fortress, located on highway 40 in Kananskis used to be a fantastic ski hill that seemed to always get a lot of snow, it is now reserved for CAT skiing only. If you have the opportunity, this is amazing fun for for powder seekers!
