A scenic and peaceful walk along the Diep River. Safe and great for dogs walks or if you like to run it's perfect and safe and approximately a 6km loop. Fairly flat. It's a 4 minute drive or a 20 minute walk from the cottage.

This riverside walk through the forest is beautiful and relaxing. Definitely a stunning place to go for a run, a romantic stroll or experience a secret place of beauty in Cape Town. Not known by many tourists, this gem of a walk is only about 2.6km in length and there are many benches along the way to relax and enjoy the view.

This lovely greenbelt is perfect for a mild to medium trail run. A great place for kids to play in the little streams. And is close to coffee shops and the beautiful Chart Farm for rose picking.
