Dedicated to the memory of pioneer aviator, Glenn Curtiss, the museum contains a priceless collection relating to early aviation and regional history.
When the Wright Brothers were doing exhibitions flying around fairgrounds, Curtiss flew from Albany NY to New York City. In 1907 when the Model T was capable of 45 mph, Curtiss built a motorcycle that went 136 mph and was the fastest man on earth for many years.
The museum contains a priceless collection relating to early aviation and regional history.
