The highest waterfall in Wales and at 240ft (80m) high it is Britain's tallest single-drop waterfall. The tricky access (4 miles along a single track road) is well worth the effort. Parking at the waterfall is camera controlled and costs £5 on weekdays and £10 at weekends. Parking is possible at some points on the approach road. There is a tearoom and toilets at the waterfall. The waterfall is best viewed at ground level. There is a lovely walk up to the top where there are good views of the scenery - but not of the waterfall

One of the most stunning waterfalls in the UK, one of the Seven Wonders of Wales and a Site of Special Scientific Interest, Pistyll Rhaeadr is a must see! At 80 metres high, it’s renowned as Britain's tallest single-drop waterfall, and it is breathtaking.
