The Hooglandse Kerk is a church beautifully situated in Leiden’s historic inner city. At just a stone’s throw away from the citadel and past the Nieuwe Rijn, the Hooglandse Kerk lies surrounded by gentlemen’s houses and inner courts. There is more that makes it special, however. Its interior is definitely worth a visit.

Een imposante laatgotische kruisbasiliek in het hart van Leiden en al eeuwenlang een plaats van samenkomst voor verschillende gelegenheden een paar maal per jaar zingt er een Engelskoor.
