The Arthur Boyd Art Museum at Bandanon is a great outing from Dolphincove. About 45mins by car, this beautiful property on the Shoalhaven houses amazing paintings by Arthur Boyd - one of Australia's leading landscape artist. Great cafe and picnic grounds.

An architectural masterpiece located right on the Shoalhaven River. Bundanon hosts great school holiday activities and creative workshops.

This is an hour’s drive south from me. It was Arthur Boyd’s home and studio. The gallery space is new, the property on The Shoalhaven River is gorgeous. There is a cafe and I think they do a picnic basket for you. Boyd’s homestead is closed for restoration just now. Hopefully it will be open in2023 but the trip there through the countryside is well worth the effort.

Under the control of the Bundanon Trust it is open to the public every Sunday from 10:30am to 4:00pm. It also contains an educational centre and part of the property has been set up as a constantly evolving studio space for artists and writers
