Jeff was an incredible host. He was very responsive and I always felt like if I had any issues whatsoever he would get back to us quickly. The house was big, very unique, and comfortably slept the four of us. We kept remarking how this was one of the most interesting places we’ve stayed in on AirBnB. I would say it was a little further than I thought it would be to the French Quarter but it was still easy to get around.

Beautiful, peaceful location right on the bayou teche. wonderful for sitting on the dock watching the fish jump and listening to the birds. unfortunately the boat wasn't available. be sure to bring drinking water with you.

4 women in the HOOD! Location is in THE highest crime area in New Orleans! Walking was out of the question . Living room and dining room furniture needs to be trashed…not functional at all, torn and dirty.. didn’t even sit on it. The dining chairs are yellow plastic. Wall art is terrible seeing as there is great art locally that would be more appealing. Back yard is unkept. One TV in the entire house didn’t work, old towels and one bath cloth, ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom didn’t work, stove top was broken, two lamps broken or didn’t work had to find paper towels in a closet, shower head upstairs not correct and bike had flat tire. Clothes and personal items/shoes,mail, personal toiletries all over unit . I will say the beds were comfy and wood floors are beautiful. Could be made a beautiful place but area is NOT safe for women. I hate leaving such a bad review because I wanted to like it so much. we spent 200.00 on Uber due to the neighbor

We've stayed here a few times and love it here. Will stay again.
