Staying at The Modern Lake House was an incredible experience from the very start. The covered driveway with its protective awning was a thoughtful touch, keeping the car safe from the sun. The moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by an airy, uplifting, and relaxing energy that carries throughout the entire home.

The space is open and versatile, offering something for everyone. Whether you’d like to sit back and unwind, gather for a round of board games, or get active and moving. Stepping into the backyard is another highlight. The connection to nature is immediate and powerful. The sounds and atmosphere feel almost magical.

We had a great weekend at Just Beachy. The house and grounds were beautiful. We love to get our big family together a couple times a year and just hang out and catch up. This was the perfect place for it. We will definitely be back. Tiffany was a wonderful host and always replied quickly. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

What an amazing weekend celebrating my 40th! This home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space and lovely views of the ocean/sunrise from the 3rd level balcony suite. The outdoor space is very relaxing and the pool is spacious. There were 7 of us and we never felt over crowded. Having a refrigerator on the bottom level floor, where the pool is, was extremely helpful as well. We had a couple concerns but communication was quick! Tiffany was appreciative we let her know and resolved them. We were also able to get an early check in which we were so grateful for, especially me who walked in to a beautiful birthday surprise set up!! Highly recommend staying here! Thank you Tiffany and Matt, your home is a perfect getaway!

Oh, the view! Spectacular, spotless Lake Front Home. Do not hesitate, just go ahead and book this perfect vacation! ❤️ My Sister from PA came down for a quick lake weekend. We brought our 20 ft Bay boat and tied it up on the dock which is already set up with bumpers. Sandy beach area was a great place to try our hand at paddle boarding. VERY well appointed kitchen; a cook's dream. Tiffany was an awesome host! We would LOVE to return.
