⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Awesome stay in Chicago!

We loved our time here! The apartment was super comfy and perfect for our group of five. The location was amazing — close to the train, The Bean, and tons of great spots to eat and explore. It made getting around the city really easy. Everything was clean and just as described, and the host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Chicago!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Host was very responsive and checked in multiple times throughout the stay. It was a little loud because of the train but with the ear plugs and noise machine, which was a thoughtful touch, I slept comfortably each night. The only piece of feedback would be to have a ac unit in each room. There is one in the living room and 1 of the bedrooms but the other bedroom just had a fan which led to the room getting a bit hot at night. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay here again.

Firstly, we were told that one of the rooftops was accessible to hang out on with friends, so we finally found that rooftop by asking another person who lived there. Once we were up on the rooftop, the front desk guy came out and told us we actually weren’t allowed to be out there and that we had gotten an Airbnb through a third-party and that that third-party doesn’t actually know what the rules are. Then on Sunday when we packed our bags to leave we get out to the car that we had parked in the parking garage that our Airbnb host suggested to us and after paying $80 for what they said would be $25 we found that our passenger side window of our car had been busted out And somebody had gotten in our car and taken all of our possessions. When asking the front desk, what to do about the situation they weren’t sure then called the police who put me on hold for over 30 minutes before I decided to just hang up the parking garage. Also didn’t have anyone to help and didn’t answer the phone
