We had a great time and the host were great. It’s like a little tree house. It’s great for a family. My family and two friends stayed. It was plenty of room for all of us. I really like the host.

It exceeded our expectations from location to that “at home feeling”! We were in town for the annual crawfish festival and loved the frames we code for a golf cart rental. That was the icing on the cake for our trip! The home is beautiful and a fabulous representation of southern hospitality! The renovations to this 50s craftsman are unique and well done in every area. It’s a modern twist on craftsman charm. We will return again and hope to be able to return to this wonderful home. Great family spot for festival, shopping, high end dining and ice cream treats!

My friend and I had a wonderful visit in Laurel and Beverly was amazing! The little house was clean and so beautiful! I would highly recommend anyone that what’s to visit Laurel, that they book the Southern Charm 3!

Found the decor to be quite charming and loved the sports themes with every room being different. Lots of attention paid to details. Nice parking cover for the car and loved all the lawn steppers. We felt very comfortable, right at home, and well taken care of. Should opportunity present, we will definitely keep this property high on our list.

Our hosts couldn’t do enough to make our stay more welcoming. Their description is everything they described and more. However, we wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who has problems climbing stairs to access the house. We highly recommend it for those who are looking for a very peaceful and secured setting. We would book it again.

My husband, baby, two dogs and I all stayed at this cute guest suite. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and their sweet lab. Their outdoor space is gorgeous and the inside is vintage and eclectic. We really enjoyed our stay. The dogs loved roaming the yard as well. We were close to downtown which was nice for a night out.

Absolutely Beautiful place with so much space indoor and outdoor. Great location, so comfortable, everything you need. Vikki was so proactive and responsive with everything we needed. She left us some little treats to make for a happy valentines. will definitely stay here when we visit family next.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joanna’s place in Scooba. We rented the bigger house and the cottage too. It’s such a peaceful country setting with plenty of outdoor activities. We enjoyed canoeing on the lake and walking around the property. Our grandchildren loved the tree swing in the front yard! The homes were inviting, comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us to congregate and to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our meals together. Joanna’s place is a country gem!

Great rental, just as described, suited my wife and I perfectly. Would definitely recommend and rent again.
